How to Order Online
Have a browse, add ciders to your basket and checkout, it’s that simple! Or if you’d rather speak to someone about an order, give us a bell on 01572 770065 and you can place an order directly with the Grainstore Brewery, who are exclusively wholesaling our products and who will despatch your online orders.
Payment is made via PayPal, but don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account as you are also able to pay via VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
Collection Only Products
Some items in the shop will be marked for collection only due to their nature. If you add one of these products to your basket, then we will assume you will collect all items in your order and no delivery costs will apply.
We endeavour to offer the best value we can when delivering your goods to you and will bundle your goods into as few parcels as we can. The price you see on our site will include delivery either by ourselves or a courier.
Offer codes and coupons
Enter your coupon code on the Basket or Checkout pages and click the Apply Coupon button. If you have any problems using a coupon email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, give the order team a call on 01572 770065 as soon as possible, and we’ll do everything we can to cancel your order and refund your payment.
If your parcel is damaged then please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we’ll sort something out with you.
We aim to despatch all orders via Royal Mail or UPS within 7 days of your order. If the merchandise has not reached you within 14 days of order please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and will try to sort out any problems as soon as possible
If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to say they have tried to deliver and it will give you some options for collection or re-delivery.
You can also pick up your order from the Grainstore Brewery in Oakham (Station Approach, Oakham, LE15 6RA). Just call us on 01572 770065 after placing your order (and selecting Local Pickup at Checkout) and we’ll have it ready for when you come and collect.
Other useful tidbits of information…
We’ll never pass your details onto any 3rd parties (other than the courier, who will need your address to deliver your wine!).
We use recognised couriers services to deliver your goods.
They will leave it in a safe place if you’re not in. Please note, if you ask us to leave the package somewhere (and therefore we don’t get a signature from you) then it is at your own risk.
